How Swiss Support Official handles personal data submitted through the corporate relocation pages of this website.
The controller for the processing described here is Swiss Support Official, Rheinfallstrasse 9, 8212 Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland, registered under UID CHE-283.330.909. If you have a question about your data, or wish to exercise any of the rights set out below, write to info@swissupport.com.
The corporate enquiry form collects your company name, contact person, business email address, telephone number where you provide it, the number of employees to be relocated, the destination canton, the expected relocation date, the services you are interested in, and your message.
These are business contact details you submit on behalf of your company. We do not ask for personal data about the employees being relocated at the enquiry stage. Our web host also records technical data such as IP address, request time and user agent in its server logs, as any web server does.
We use the following service providers. They act as processors on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Vercel Inc., United States. Serves these pages from a global edge network and keeps short-lived technical request logs.
Resend, Inc., United States. The enquiry is delivered to our mailbox by email through this provider. The message is then held in our own mailbox.
Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. These pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads.
Transfers outside Switzerland. Yes. The providers above are established in the European Union and in the United States, so your data is transferred abroad. Transfers to the EU rely on the Federal Council’s recognition of adequate protection. Transfers to the United States are made on the basis of standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard agreed with the provider. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
These corporate pages load no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of their own. The only third-party request a visit to them generates is the web font request described above.
Be aware, however, that other parts of swissupport.com use Google Analytics, and the cookies it sets belong to the whole domain. If you have visited those pages, Google Analytics cookies may already be present in your browser while you read these ones. Clearing cookies for swissupport.com removes them.
