A Swiss relocation-support firm, and the people your HR team will actually be dealing with.
Head of Corporate RelocationSwiss Support Official
A relocation is not a file to be processed. It is a person who has accepted a job in a country they do not yet know, and a start date that will not move.
When your company sends someone here, you will be dealing with me. On the first call I will tell you what is realistic for your timeline, what the authorities in the destination canton will require, and which parts of the process depend on third parties that none of us control. If something is going to be late, you will hear it from me before you hear it from anywhere else.
I would rather give you an expectation you can plan around than one that sounds better. Scope, exclusions and what stays on your side are agreed in writing before any work begins.
We take on the sequence that begins the moment your employee accepts: permit documentation, registration at the commune of residence, housing, health insurance, the bank account and the practical set-up that the first weeks in Switzerland require.
The scope is set per employee rather than sold as one fixed block. Some arrive with housing already solved and need only the administrative side; others need the whole sequence, and a family arriving with them. Both are quoted before anything starts.
Throughout, your company keeps the employment relationship. We coordinate with the authorities, landlords and providers on the ground, and report back to you.
See the full scope of servicesWe would rather you read that here than work it out later. The firm and the relocation practice behind it are established; the corporate service is the newer part of it.
What that means in practice is capacity and attention. We take a considered number of corporate assignments, and each one is handled at owner level rather than passed down a queue. It also means we are candid about fit: at the first call we will tell you plainly whether your volumes and timelines match the way we work.
Not client claims, published work you can look at yourself before you speak to us.

The individuals and families we support directly are the reason the corporate service exists: the procedure is identical, the client is different.
Permits are decided by authorities and leases by landlords. We say so plainly instead of promising outcomes we do not control.
