Relocation coordination
One coordinated plan per employee, coordinated from briefing to handover within the agreed scope.
Once the employment relationship is established and the assignment is confirmed, Swiss Support coordinates the agreed relocation scope, which may include permit documentation, municipal registration, housing, health-insurance administration, banking support and practical settling-in services for the employee and, where applicable, their family.
After the offer is accepted, the operational relocation workload begins. It becomes demanding in the weeks that follow, when a permit file, a lease, an insurance deadline and a municipal appointment all land on an HR team that is not based in Switzerland.
Swiss Support acts as your local partner on the ground. Your HR department keeps ownership of the employment relationship. We take over the agreed relocation workload and coordinate the applicable local administrative steps with the relevant authorities, landlords and service providers, and report progress back to you.
Scope of our role. Swiss Support Official is a consulting and relocation-support firm. Our involvement begins after the employment relationship between your company and the employee has been established.
An agreed relocation scope, delivered locally and coordinated by one primary contact person.
One coordinated plan per employee, coordinated from briefing to handover within the agreed scope.
Preparation of the required permit documentation and coordination of the submission with the employer, employee and competent authorities, as applicable.
Preparation and accompaniment for registration at the commune of residence, planned around the statutory deadline.
Search support for long-term housing, together with temporary accommodation covering the arrival period.
Administrative support with Swiss health-insurance registration or, where applicable, the exemption process.
Support with opening a Swiss bank account and setting up mobile, internet and utility contracts.
Practical support during the first weeks: orientation, appointments and the everyday steps after arrival.

One primary contact person, supported by our team when necessary.
A consistent framework adapted to each employee, canton and agreed scope.
We align with HR on the employee profile, the start date, the family situation and the agreed scope of support.
Document preparation, permit groundwork, a written timeline and, where included in the agreed scope, temporary accommodation, before the employee travels.
Registration, health insurance, banking and the practical set-up of daily life in Switzerland, with housing where included in the agreed scope.
Handover to ongoing support, with a contact available during the agreed support period.
Relocation is operational work with Swiss deadlines attached. It moves to us.
Your team stays on hiring and onboarding. The administrative relocation workload moves to a local partner.
No vendor coordination across permits, housing, insurance and banking. One assignment, one contact person.
We are based in Switzerland and coordinate with the relevant authorities, landlords and service providers within the agreed scope.
Every relocation follows a consistent framework adapted to the destination canton.
Status updates per employee at a frequency agreed with your HR department when the assignment starts.
Scope, budget and level of support are defined per company and per employee profile, not sold off a shelf.
Many practical questions arise after arrival: a permit renewal, a change of address, an insurance letter nobody can read, a partner looking for their own path, a family deciding on schooling.
Ongoing support keeps a point of contact available for an agreed period after the installation is complete, so the employee has somewhere to turn and HR is not asked to resolve Swiss administration from abroad.
Packages are a starting structure. The final scope is defined with your HR team and quoted per employee.
Designed for one employee; housing and family services are excluded unless added separately.
Complete relocation package with housing support, for employees who also need a home found and set up.
For senior hires and employees relocating with a partner or children, including schools and childcare.
Once your company has hired the employee. From the signed contract onwards we act as your local relocation partner in Switzerland and take over the relocation and the administrative set-up.
As early as possible, ideally once the employment contract is signed. The more time we have before the arrival date, the more of the preparation can be completed in advance rather than after the employee lands.
We work with employees relocating across Switzerland and are based in the canton of Schaffhausen. Cantonal and municipal requirements differ, and the scope of each assignment is confirmed for the specific place of residence.
Yes. The three packages are a starting structure. Scope, budget limits and the level of support are defined together with your HR department and confirmed in writing before the assignment starts.
Yes, where family support is part of the agreed scope. This covers practical orientation for a partner and children, including schooling and childcare orientation in the place of residence.
Per employee or per assignment, to the company, according to the scope agreed in advance. Companies relocating several employees can be quoted under a framework arrangement.
One primary contact person, supported by our team when necessary. They work with both your HR team and the employee directly, and remain available during the agreed support period.
