Legal Notice, Service Scope & Disclaimer
1. Service Scope
Swiss Support Official (the “Company”) operates exclusively as a consulting and relocation-support firm and as a digital information platform. The Company provides advisory, orientation, document-preparation guidance, CV preparation support, and access to publicly available external information resources in connection with relocation to and integration in Switzerland.
All services are delivered exclusively in the form of consulting, advisory, orientation, document-preparation support, and information services. The Company acts solely for its own clients.
Corporate relocation services may be commissioned by an employer. The employer is the contracting client and the employee is the recipient of the relocation support. The Company's role begins after an employment relationship has been established and is limited to consulting, orientation and administrative support; it does not source, select or engage personnel, and does not provide legal representation. The scope is agreed in writing for each assignment. Permit and housing decisions remain with the competent authorities and landlords.
2. Scope of Engagements
Every engagement is a client-side consulting engagement: the Company advises and supports the client who commissions the service. The Company does not negotiate or conclude contracts of any kind on behalf of third parties.
References on this website to “jobs”, “listings”, “roles”, “positions”, “sectors”, “categories”, or to filtering by location, sector or employment type refer exclusively to publicly available external job advertisements displayed for informational and research purposes and accessed via the Company’s digital information platform. The underlying job advertisements remain the responsibility of the respective third-party publishers and employers.
3. Information Platform & External Listings
The Swiss Support Official App (also referred to as the “Information Platform” or “Aggregator”) is a digital information and orientation service. It functions as a link-out aggregator: it displays publicly available external job advertisements together with country-specific reference information about Switzerland, and redirects users to the original third-party sources where the application process (if any) takes place directly between the user and the external publisher or employer.
- The Company does not create, edit, or curate the underlying job offers.
- The Company does not transmit applications on behalf of users.
- The Company does not receive commissions from employers.
- Filtering, search, matching scores, and similar features are provided solely as user-facing convenience tools to navigate the publicly available external content.
4. Consulting Engagements
When a client books a paid consultation (e.g. Strategic Session, Focused Advisory, Swiss CV Preparation), the engagement is a consulting and information service. Deliverables consist of written information, document preparation support, orientation, and structured guidance. The consulting engagement does not include any promise of employment or any outcome guarantee.
5. No Guarantees
The Company makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any user, client, or candidate will:
- obtain a job, a job offer, or an employment contract,
- obtain a residence permit, work permit, or Permit B,
- obtain housing, or
- achieve any specific outcome of any kind.
All advisory work is provided on a best-effort basis according to professional standards. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and on decisions made by third parties (employers, landlords, public authorities) over which the Company has no control.
6. Third-Party Content
External job advertisements, employer information, third-party websites linked from the platform, and any information regarding sectors, salaries, or working conditions in Switzerland are provided for informational purposes only. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability of third-party content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, the Information Platform, or the consulting services. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent legally admissible.
8. Data Protection
Personal data submitted via contact forms, booking flows, or the Information Platform is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nDSG). Data is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested consulting service or platform access and is not sold to third parties.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and any consulting engagement with the Company are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Schaffhausen, Switzerland, subject to mandatory rules of consumer protection law.
